To personalise your experience, communicate clearly and meet legal obligations.

Sharing::

Only with trusted guides, transport providers and accommodations essential to your journey. Data is never sold or used for unrelated marketing.

International transfers::

Where necessary your data may be processed outside the EEA safeguards in place.

Retention::

Data is kept only as long as required and securely deleted or anonymised thereafter.

2. PERSONAL SECURITY

Your wellbeing—physical—digital—personal, is integral to our approach.

Physical Safety::

All excursions are led by experienced local guides. Routes are assessed for safety and are trained in first aid and client support. Guidance on footwear, clothing and equipment is provided.

Emergency and preparedness::

Communication tools and contingency cover weather, health incidents and unexpected site closures.

Privacy and discretion::

Travel arrangements, itineraries and personal preferences are handled confidentiality. Photography or public exposure only occurs with written consent.

Cyber & Digital Security::

All digital communications and payments are encrypted and are GDPR compliant.

Guest Responsibilities::

Guests are asked to share relevant health or mobility information, follow guides’ directions and maintain awareness in challenging terrain.

3. BOOKING AND TERMS of PARTICIPATION

Bespoke Experiences, Thoughtfully Delivered

Services::

Small group and private excursions exploring the Burren’s prehistory, archeology, mythology and living traditions.

Booking and Payment::

Confirmed upon deposit, with full payment required before the excursion commences. Prices are in Euros.(€)

CANCELLATIONS & RFUNDS

14 days (fourteen days) notice: refund minus administration fee.

7–14 days (seven to fourteen days): 50%refund.

7 days (seven days) or less: non-refundable.

In rare cases, we may modify or cancel excursions due to weather (snow, ice or high winds alert) or other force majeur, offering an alternative.

Guest Responsibilities::

Provide accurate information, arrive punctually, follow guidance, wear appropriate attire and respect landscapes, heritage and local communities.

Health and Terrain Awareness::

Participation involves uneven limestone pavements, coastal and hilly paths and moderate activity. Guidance is provided in advance.

Liability::

Participation is at your own risk. Liability is limited to the value of of services provided, except where prohibited by law.

Insurance::

Comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies and personal belongings is strongly recommended.
